1️⃣ Technician (1-year renewable contract) — Stationed at Sungei Kadut

We are seeking a Contract Technician to support the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and related vehicle electronics. This role requires hands-on assembly, system integration, and diagnostics in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure reliable performance of ADAS and autonomous systems. The position is contract-based for 1 year, renewable, and suitable for candidates with technical training in engineering and strong practical skills in vehicle systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Installation
    • Physically install and assemble ADAS components (e.g., cameras, radar, sensors) onto vehicles according to provided 2D/3D prints, wiring schematics, and work instructions. 
    • Modify vehicle systems to integrate new ADAS hardware and components, adhering to specific torque specifications and assembly techniques. 
  • Calibration
    • Perform accurate calibration of vehicle electronics and ADAS systems, such as Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Alert, using specialised tools and software. 
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
    • Utilise hardware and software tools to diagnose issues within Autonomous Vehicle Systems and related components. 
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and prove out the functionality and performance of ADAS and autonomous control systems. 
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and other technicians, regarding the performance and integration of advanced electronic and autonomous systems. 
  • Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and electronic systems.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient use of auto mechanic tools, hand tools, and specialised ADAS diagnostic and calibration equipment.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to interpret and follow complex technical documents, including illustrations, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and other technical personnel.
  • Education/Experience: ITE/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

2️⃣ Sales Support Executive

Seeking a Sales Support Executive who will report to the Supply Chain Management team.

Preferably from the engineering or a similar sector, the ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus.

(Sales Operation | Procurement | Order Fulfillment)

The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations across Inside Sales, Procurement, and Order Fulfilment functions. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods, information, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure timely and accurate delivery performance.

  1. Sales Operation (50%)

Main contact for customers, handling sales inquiries, quotations, and order-related matters—especially for harvest business and small to mid-sized accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and order details.
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders with a focus on small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upsell or repeat business opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Production, QA, Logistics) to align on delivery timelines and order feasibility.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for repeat business and upsell. 
  1. Procurement (25%)

Handles purchasing and negotiation of goods and services, focusing on cost efficiency, supplier management, and timely, quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Request, compare, and analyse vendor quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure optimal value.
  • Place purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure goods and services meet required specifications, cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material readiness for customer orders.
  • Acts as the Point of Contact (PIC) for GB part creation and maintains related documentation
  • Support and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL), including vendor audits, qualifications and compliance requirements
  1. Order Fulfilment Executive (25%)Manages end-to-end order processing and delivery coordination while supporting fulfilment-related project tracking and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders using Autocount Accounting Systems.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and QA/Compliance teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively update customers.
  • Handle orders, returns, and issue resolutions.
  • Acts as the primary contact for customer inquiries and delivery updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and QA teams to align on service expectations and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service follow-up.

3️⃣ Assistant Engineer (PM) — Location: Woodlands / Pasir Ris 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on wafer fab equipment.
  • Reset alarms, perform basic diagnostics, and support recovery of equipment after PM.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of PM activities and tool conditions.
  • Ensure PM kits and tools are stocked and properly maintained.

Requirement

  • No work experience required.
  • Preferably entry-level, specifically in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • Work overtime during weekends and public holidays.
  • Working in a cleanroom.
