Sales / Senior Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales / senior sales executive to join our semiconductor division.
Our business focuses on second-source supply, repair services and factory automation solutions serving customers in the front-end fabrication.

The candidate will manage assigned customer accounts within the semiconductor front-end fabrication industry, driving sales growth and delivering value-added solutions.

Salary Range:

$4,000 – $5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the semiconductor front-end fabrication market.
  • Provide responsive customer support and coordinate with the internal team to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure products and solutions are appropriately priced to achieve targeted profit margins set by the company while supporting sales growth and effective issue resolution.
  • Conduct or organise product training, seminars and presentations for customers, as required.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, business discussions and reviews.
  • Monitor customer requirements and market development to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to deliver excellent service.
