Job Requirements
- Full-time position, based in Singapore
- Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts.
- Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by Sales Manager to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions.
- Conducts or organizes training seminars and presentations for customers when required.
- Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and concerns regarding, quality, availability and delivery, and also provides first-hand technical assistance to customers and coordinates Suppliers’ technical resources to ensure that technical solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues as assigned in order to support the achievement of Company revenue targets.

Product Manager

Job Description
The Product Manager is primarily responsible for securing projects relating to Smart Factory 4.0 in the semi-conductor industry and following through to the installation of the systems (which covers project scoping, developing, design customisation, securing components from sub-contractors for demonstration of prototypes to proof of concept, preparing sales proposal, negotiating terms and pricings and overseeing the production and installation of the systems for semiconductor factories globally).
Job Responsibilities
Projects Section
- Maintain contact with and engage semi-con companies (existing customers) to solicit projects
- Understand the customers’ requirements, analyse their problems, do project scoping, identify the components, software, additional design work and integration required
- Develop the prototype for proof of concept (POC)
- Present and demonstrate POC to the customer to confirm the functionalities and designs
- Negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors on the pricings and delivery timelines
- Prepare costing of components and third party costs as well as internal resource requirements
- Follow up with sales proposal
- Present sales proposals to customers and negotiate pricings and terms with the intent to conclude the deals
- For successful deals – design, prepare and quality check the first set of deliverable. Thereafter activate and guide the engineers to follow up with production
- Monitor the delivery of the components and progress of the assembly/production of the end product sets
- Oversee the installation and testing of the systems/products
Components Section
- Identify suitable vendors to service and/or repair the products or components of the customer; negotiate the pricings and terms
- Prepare sales proposals with appropriate margins and follow up with the customer to conclude the sales
- Follow up with the customer and vendors to ensure delivery and fulfilment are done timely according to the specifications
Others
- Design mechanical jig and fixtures for fab continuous improvement projects and safety related preventive measures enhancement projects
- Collaborate with the internal Engineering Team under Defence Business to oversee the development, fabrication, installation and testing of in-house digitalization projects
- Lead, manage, train and develop team members so that they are committed and competent in discharging their roles effectively and efficiently
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
- Must have at least 5 years of related working experience in a semi-conductor or wafer fab environment

Senior Engineer

Job Description
- Collaborating with other engineers and suppliers to develop new product designs and improve existing designs
- Work with QA to resolve RMA
- Adhere to Design processes and documents design proposals, drawings, Validation and Verification tests and Design Reviews
- Conducting research into new technologies in the area of Image Sensor and IoTs and adapting them to current needs or developing new solutions altogether
- Developing models to test new designs and simulate performance under different conditions
- Creating detailed engineering drawings and schematics of new products or processes
- Reviewing and approving designs for suitability and compliance with regulations and Test standards
- Preparing technical compliance documents for tenders, including estimates of time and costs required for completion
- Analyzing customer requirements and identifying potential design flaws or issues that could arise during manufacturing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
b) At least 3 years of experience in Design and Development environment. Familiarity in Vision system will be a plus
c) Knowledge in Solidworks required and FMEA, FEA is a plus
